«الرقابة المالية» توافق على زيادة رأسمال بنك القاهرة إلى 30.5 مليار جنيه

وافقت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية على نشر تقرير الإفصاح الخاص بـ بنك القاهرة على البورصة المصرية، تمهيدًا للسير في إجراءات دعوة الجمعية العامة غير العادية للبنك. وأوضحت الهيئة، في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أن الموافقة جاءت بشأن زيادة رأس المال المصدر نقدًا من 20.5 مليار جنيه إلى 30.5 مليار جنيه، بزيادة قدرها 10 مليارات جنيه، موزعة على 5 مليارات سهم عادي، بقيمة اسمية 2 جنيه للسهم. وأضافت أن القرار يأتي استنادًا إلى الطلب المقدم من البنك بتاريخ 18 ديسمبر 2025، وقرار مجلس إدارة البنك الصادر في اجتماعه المنعقد بتاريخ 14 ديسمبر 2025، باعتماد تقرير الإفصاح وفقًا لأحكام المادة (48) من قواعد قيد وشطب الأوراق المالية. وأكدت الهيئة عدم ممانعتها من استكمال الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، بما في ذلك دعوة الجمعية العامة غير العادية لاتخاذ القرار النهائي بشأن زيادة رأس المال.
