«الرقابة المالية» توافق على زيادة رأسمال «حسن علام» إلى 500 مليون جنيه
وافقت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية على نشر تقرير الإفصاح الخاص بشركة حسن علام للاستثمار ورأس المال المخاطر، تمهيدًا للسير في إجراءات دعوة الجمعية العامة غير العادية للنظر في زيادة رأسمال الشركة المرخص به والمصدر. وحسب بيان مرسل للبورصة اليوم، أوضحت الهيئة، عدم ممانعتها من نشر تقرير الإفصاح واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة في هذا الشأن، وذلك في ضوء قرار مجلس إدارة الشركة الصادر في 19 يناير 2026. وبحسب الإفصاح، تستهدف الشركة زيادة رأس المال المرخص به من 50 مليون جنيه إلى 500 مليون جنيه، في خطوة تعكس خطط التوسع وتعزيز القاعدة الرأسمالية. كما تعتزم الشركة زيادة رأس المال المصدر من 10 ملايين جنيه إلى 100 مليون جنيه، بزيادة نقدية قدرها 90 مليون جنيه، من خلال إصدار 90 مليون سهم بالقيمة الاسمية البالغة جنيهًا واحدًا للسهم. ومن المقرر أن يتم طرح أسهم الزيادة للاكتتاب الخاص على مستثمرين مؤهلين أو مؤسسات مالية، وذلك وفقًا لأحكام المادة (32) من اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون سوق رأس المال رقم 95 لسنة 1992، والمادة (7) مكرر من قواعد قيد وشطب الأوراق المالية بالبورصة المصرية. وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن خطة الشركة لتعزيز قدراتها التمويلية وتوسيع نشاطها في مجال الاستثمار ورأس المال المخاطر، بما يدعم قدرتها على اقتناص فرص استثمارية جديدة في السوق المصري.CNBC's Official NFL Team Valuations 2026: Here's how the 32 franchises stack up
