الرقابة المالية توافق على مقترح تجميع أسهم «المصريين للإسكان»
أعلنت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية عدم ممانعتها لنشر تقرير الإفصاح الذي تقدمت به شركة المصريين للإسكان والتنمية والتعمير، بغرض دعوة الجمعية العامة غير العادية للنظر في مقترح تجميع القيمة الاسمية للسهم. مقترح تجميع الأسهم ووفق البيان المرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، ينص المقترح على تجميع 5 أسهم في سهم واحد، لتصبح القيمة الاسمية 50 قرشًا بدلًا من 10 قروش. كما سيتم تعديل عدد أسهم رأس المال المصدر ليصبح 672 ألف سهم بدلاً من 3.36 مليار سهم، مع بقاء رأس المال الإجمالي للشركة 336 مليون جنيه دون تغيير. مبررات القرار أكدت الرقابة المالية أن الموافقة جاءت بعد دراسة التقرير والمستندات المرفقة، واعتبار المبررات والمؤشرات الكمية والنوعية داعمة للمقترح، وذلك وفقًا لأحكام المادتين 48 و49 من قواعد قيد وشطب الأوراق المالية بالبورصة المصرية.Larry Berg named next Major League Soccer commissioner
