السيسي يعتمد إنشاء مركز محاكاة بمنحة كورية بـ 7.5 مليون دولار
أصدر الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي قرارًا جمهوريًا رقم 240 لسنة 2025 بالموافقة على «محضر مناقشات لتنفيذ مشروع إنشاء مركز محاكاة متكامل للتدريب وبناء القدرات في مصر»، بتمويل منحة قيمتها 7.481 مليون دولار مقدمة من حكومة جمهورية كوريا. منحة كورية لتأهيل البنية التدريبية أوضح مجلس النواب، الذي وافق على القرار خلال يونيو الماضي، أن الاتفاقية تنص على التزام الجانب الكوري بإعادة تأهيل المباني القائمة لإنشاء مركز تدريب متكامل يضم قاعات تدريب مزودة بتقنيات المحاكاة، وغرف لإعداد المدربين، وغرفة خوادم، مع نقل المعدات الحالية وتأهيل المناطق الجديدة. دور وزارة التنمية المحلية وبحسب الاتفاقية، ستتولى وزارة التنمية المحلية ضمان التنفيذ الناجح للمشروع من خلال توفير المواقع اللازمة وتطوير البنية التحتية، إلى جانب تأمين الكوادر التنظيمية والإدارية المطلوبة، والمشاركة في أنشطة بناء القدرات، ومتابعة المشروع بالتنسيق مع الجانب الكوري، مع توفير أي دعم إضافي يسهم في إنجاح التنفيذ. القاهرة والجيزة مقراً للمشروع ومن المقرر أن يقام المشروع في محافظتي القاهرة والجيزة، بميزانية تعادل 7.48 مليون دولار (10 مليارات وون كوري)، على أن يتم تنفيذه خلال الفترة من 2024 حتى 2026.Why Situational Awareness hedge fund imploded, even in a tame stock market
