السيسي يوافق على التنقيب عن البترول بمنطقة شرق جمسة بخليج السويس
صدق الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، على مشروع قانون بالموافقة على التنقيب عن البترول بخليج السويس. ونشرت الجريدة الرسمية، القانون رقم 162 لسنة 2025، بشأن الترخيص لوزير البترول والثروة المعدنية بالتعاقد مع الهيئة المصرية العامة للبترول وشركة «بيكو جمسة بتروليوم كومباني ليمتد» للبحث عن البترول وتنميته واستغلاله بمنطقة شرق جمسة البحرية في خليج السويس. الهيئة المصرية العامة للبترول وجاء نص القانون على الترخيص لوزير البترول والثروة المعدنية بإبرام التعاقد مع الهيئة المصرية العامة للبترول وشركة «بيكو جمسة بتروليوم كومباني ليمتد»، للقيام بأعمال البحث والتنمية والاستغلال البترولي في منطقة شرق جمسة البحرية بخليج السويس. المادة الثانية من القانون في حين نصت المادة الثانية من القانون على أن تكون للقواعد والإجراءات الواردة في الاتفاقية المرافقة قوة القانون، ويتم تنفيذها بالاستثناء من أحكام أي تشريع آخر يخالفها. ويتم العمل بالقانون اعتبارًا من اليوم التالي لتاريخ نشره، مع ختمه بخاتم الدولة وتنفيذه كأحد قوانينها الرسمية.
