السيسي يوافق على قرض من الاتحاد الأوروبي بـ 4 مليار دولار لدعم الاقتصاد
كشفت الجريدة الرسمية في عددها رقم 47 مكرر (أ)، الصادر في 26 نوفمبر 2025، عن قرار جديد للرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، بشأن الموافقة على مذكرة التفاهم واتفاق تسهيل القرض الخاص بآلية “مساندة الاقتصاد الكلى ودعم الموازنة بمبلغ 4 مليارات يورو بين مصر والاتحاد الأوروبي. وجاء في نص القرار رقم 554 لسنة 2025 “الموافقة على مذكرة التفاهم وكذا اتفاق تسهيل القرض الخاص بآلية “مساندة الاقتصاد الكلى ودعم الموازنة” بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية والاتحاد الأوروبى بقيمة (4) مليارات يورو، وذلك مع التحفظ بشرط التصديق البرلمان الأوروبي وأوضحت المذكرة الإيضاحية للقرار إلى أن البرلمان الأوروبي ومجلس الاتحاد الأوروبي اعتمدا القرار بتاريخ – ٢٤ يونيو ۲۰۲٥ (قرار الاتحاد الأوروبي) ٢٠٢٥/١٢٦٧ بشأن تقديم آلية مساندة الاقتصاد الكلي لجمهورية مصر العربية المشار إليها فيما يلي باسم “الدولة”). ويتيح قرار الاتحاد الأوروبي ۲۰۲٥/١٢٦٧ للدولة مساندة الاقتصاد الكلي يشار إليها فيما يلي باسم “المساندة” بما يصل إلى ٤ مليار يورو في شكل قرض. وستكون المساندة متاحة لمدة عامين ونصف تبدأ من اليوم الأول عقب دخول مذكرة التفاهم هذه حيز التنفيذ يشار إليها فيما يلي باسم “مذكرة التفاهم”.U.S. launches airstrikes against Iran after Tehran attacks container ship in Hormuz, Pentagon says
