«الشرقية للدخان» تطرح أصولًا غير مستغلة بالمزاد لتعظيم الاستفادة من مواردها
أعلنت الشركة الشرقية (إيسترن كومباني) طرح عدد من الأصول غير المستغلة للبيع بالمزاد العلني بنظام المظاريف المغلقة، في إطار خطتها لتعظيم الاستفادة من الأصول غير التشغيلية وتحسين كفاءة استخدام الموارد. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أنها تعتزم تنظيم عدة مزادات حتى نهاية العام المالي الحالي 2026، على أن يُعقد أول مزاد يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 21 يوليو 2026. وأكدت أن عمليات البيع ستتم وفقًا لكافة القواعد واللوائح المنظمة، وبعد الحصول على موافقة الجمعية العامة للشركة، بما يضمن تنفيذ الإجراءات بصورة قانونية وشفافة. وأضافت أن مجلس الإدارة سيبحث أوجه استخدام حصيلة بيع الأصول عقب الانتهاء من المزادات وتحديد القيم النهائية للترسية، بما يحقق أفضل عائد للشركة ومساهميها. وشددت الشركة على أن الأصول المطروحة للبيع لا ترتبط بالنشاط التشغيلي الحالي، مؤكدة أنها ستفصح عن أي تطورات جوهرية أو نتائج نهائية فور استكمال الإجراءات ذات الصلة.Meta’s $18 billion settlement puts TikTok and YouTube on notice.
