الصين تثبت الفائدة للشهر العاشر على التوالي
قرر بنك الشعب الصيني تثبيت سعر الفائدة الأساسي على القروض لأجل عام واحد عند 3%، وسعر الفائدة لأجل خمس سنوات عند 3.5%، وذلك للشهر العاشر على التوالي، في ظل تباطؤ مؤشرات النمو الاقتصادي. تباطؤ النمو الاقتصادي تأتي هذه الخطوة في وقت أظهرت فيه بيانات الربع الأخير من العام الماضي تباطؤ اقتصاد الصين، حيث سجل نمواً بنسبة 4.5% على أساس سنوي. خفض سابق للفائدة وبحسب وكالة الأنباء الألمانية (د.ب.أ)، فقد خفض البنك المركزي أسعار الفائدة الرئيسية بمقدار 25 نقطة أساس في أكتوبر 2024، ثم خفضها بمقدار 10 نقاط أساس في مايو 2025، فيما يحدد البنك المركزي أسعار الفائدة الاسترشادية شهرياً بناءً على طلبات 20 بنكاً معيناً. توقعات صندوق النقد للاقتصاد الصيني أعلن صندوق النقد الدولي في تقريره السنوي الشامل ثبات توقعاته المستقبلية تجاه الناتج المحلي للصين لهذا العام عند 4.5%، مشيراً إلى أن ثاني أكبر اقتصاد في العالم لا يزال يقف في منطقة حرجة تتطلب توازناً دقيقاً بين السياسات التحفيزية والإصلاحات الهيكلية. وأشار الصندوق إلى أن الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي للصين سجل نمواً بنسبة 5%، محققاً المستهدفات الرسمية لبكين للعام الماضي، لافتاً إلى أن معامل انكماش الناتج المحلي الإجمالي واصل الانخفاض.These dividend stocks could catch a tailwind from data center pushback
