«العامة لاستصلاح الأراضي» تعيد هيكلة وسداد ديونها
وافق مجلس إدارة الشركة العامة لاستصلاح الأراضي، على وضع الخطط اللازمة لإعادة جدولة ديون البنوك والجمعية التعاونية للبترول، وتحقيق تحسن مالي ملحوظ، وذلك بعد مناقشة ومبادلة وجهات النظر حول الاتفاقات التي تم التوصل إليها. تفاصيل إعادة الجدولة سداد 15 مليون جنيه على دفعات، للبنك الأهلي فرع دار السلام، ويستمر السداد وفق برنامج الديون المتفق عليه،و جاري سداد المديونية المستحقة والمتراكمة منذ سنوات البالغة 6 ملايين جنيه، من مديونية الجمعية التعاونية للبترول، ويتبقى 743 ألف جنيه، سيتم سدادها على دفعتين؛ 500 ألف جنيه في يناير 2026، و243 ألف جنيه في فبراير 2026. بنك بيت التمويل الكويتي كما تم إبرام عقد هيكلة وجدولة الديون، مع بنك التمويل الكويتي مع سداد مليون جنيه مقدمًا، ودفعات أولى بقيمة 800 ألف جنيه، والثانية بتاريخ 24 ديسمبر 2025، فيما تم تسوية المديونية مع بنك الاستثمار القومي بسداد دفعة مقدمة نصف مليون جنيه، بالإضافة إلى القسط الأول بمبلغ 395,249 جنيه. وأكد المجلس أن الخطوات المتخذة في إعادة جدولة الديون ستسهم في تعزيز الاستقرار المالي للشركة ودعم خططها التشغيلية المستقبلية.Google's Gemini becomes latest AI model to break out and hack computer systems
