«العبور للاستثمار العقاري» تؤسس شركة بالإمارات برأسمال 50 ألف درهم
أعلنت شركة العبور للاستثمار العقاري تأسيس شركة تابعة لها بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة تحت اسم «1850 للتطوير العقاري ش.ذ.م.م»، وذلك في إطار خطتها للتوسع الخارجي وتعزيز تواجدها بالأسواق الإقليمية. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن الشركة الجديدة تم تأسيسها كشركة شخص واحد ذات مسؤولية محدودة، برأسمال يبلغ 50 ألف درهم إماراتي، ومملوكة بالكامل بنسبة 100% لشركة العبور للاستثمار العقاري. وأضافت أن تأسيس الشركة يأتي استكمالًا لقرار مجلس الإدارة الصادر بتاريخ 11 يناير 2026، بشأن البدء في اتخاذ الإجراءات التأسيسية لإطلاق شركة للاستثمار العقاري داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.Dell surges 8% after lifting fiscal 2027 forecast on AI server strength
