«العربية لإدارة الأصول» تتلقى عرض شراء أرض بمساحة 87.5 ألف متر مربع بالمنوفية
قدمت شركة تقل للتجارة العامة والمقاولات عرضًا رسميًا لشراء قطعة الأرض المملوكة لـ الشركة العربية لإدارة وتطوير الأصول بمدينة ميت بره – محافظة المنوفية، بمساحة تبلغ حوالي 87,500 متر مربع. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة اليوم، أن العرض تضمن سعر متر الأرض 1,500 جنيه، وتم تقديم شيك بقيمة 10 ملايين جنيه كجدية للتعاقد، كما تضمنت شروط الدفع 50 مليون جنيه كدفعة مقدمة، على أن يتم سداد باقي المبلغ على دفعتين متساويتين كل أربع شهور. ويأتي هذا العرض في إطار سعي شركة تقل للتجارة العامة لتوسيع استثماراتها في الأراضي والعقارات بالمحافظات المصرية، مع الالتزام بالشروط المالية والقانونية المعمول بها لضمان إتمام الصفقة بنجاح.Before there were Trump Accounts, SEED OK gave some newborns $1,000 — how researchers say the grants affected kids
