«العربية لإدارة الأصول» توقع عقد شراكة لتطوير أرض بدمنهور
أعلنت شركة «العربية لإدارة وتطوير الأصول» توقيع عقد شراكة مع كل من «الشركة الشاملة للتكنولوجيا العالمية» و«شركة بزنس وان»، لتطوير قطعة أرض مملوكة للشركة بمدينة دمنهور بمحافظة البحيرة. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية، أن مساحة الأرض محل التطوير تبلغ نحو 11 ألف متر مربع، على أن يتم تنفيذ المشروع بنظام المشاركة، حيث تحصل الشركتان المطورتان على نسبة 70% من المشروع، مقابل 30% للشركة العربية لإدارة وتطوير الأصول كحصة عينية. وأضافت أن مجلس الإدارة كان قد وافق على العرض المقدم من الشركتين خلال اجتماعه المنعقد في 7 أكتوبر 2025، مع تفويض رئيس مجلس الإدارة في التفاوض وصياغة وتوقيع العقود. وأشارت الشركة إلى أنه تم توقيع العقد رسميًا بتاريخ 6 أبريل 2026، على أن يتم عرض الاتفاق على أول جمعية عامة قادمة لاعتماده.Why Nvidia's 'defensive move' to acquire Hugging Face is about much more than chips
