«العربية لاستصلاح الأراضي» تطرح 30 وحدة سكنية غير مستغلة للبيع بالمزاد

قررت شركة العربية لاستصلاح الأراضي؛ بيع وحدات سكنية غير مستغلة، ووفقاً لإفصاح الشركة لبورصة مصر اليوم؛ وافق مجلس الإدارة على اتخاذ إجراءات بيع عدد (30) وحدة سكنية غير مستغلة لعدم الحاجة إليها من أصول الشركة، واستخدام السيولة في خدمة المشاريع الحالية والمستقبلية للشركة. وتقرر القيام بإجراء ثلاث تقييمات للوحدات بواسطة معتمدين قانونيين من الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية أو البنك المركزي، على أن يتم البيع بالمزاد العلني. وذلك رهنا بالحصول على موافقة الجمعية العامة غير العادية للشركة والتي ستحدد لاحقاً، مع الالتزام بنص المادة 43 مكرر من قواعد قيد وشطب الأوراق المالية.
