«العربي الأفريقي» يحتجز أموال عميل بالبنك منذ 12 عامًا بسبب مديونية 8 قروش
في الوقت الذي يسعى البنك المركزي المصري الي زيادة الشمول المالي ودعم عملاء البنوك قام البنك العربي الأفريقي الدولي بالقيام بخطوات طاردة وغير جاذبة للعملاء. حيث اشتكي اسامة حمدي عبد الجليل عبدالله وهو عميل للبنك منذ 12 عام من خلال فيديو متداول من أن البنك تحفظ على أمواله بسبب وجود مديونية على الكريديت كارد يجب سدادها، موضحاً أن قيمة الميونية 8 قروش. وأكد أنه أثناء الاتصال بخدمة العملاء قالوا يجب الذهاب إلى أحد الفروع. وأشار إلى أن ذلك قمة العبث وتضيع الوقت للعملاء من جانب البنك .CNBC Daily Open: The $1 trillion club just got bigger
