العضو المنتدب لـ«لوتس للتنمية» يبيع 32 مليون سهم من الشركة بـ25.9 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة لوتس للتنمية والاستثمار الزراعي عن قيام أيمن إسماعيل صلاح العبد، العضو المنتدب للشركة، بخفض حصته في رأسمال «لوتس للتنمية» من 37.254% إلى 34.847%، من خلال بيع 32 مليون سهم. وأفادت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، بأن العضو المنتدب باع 32 مليون سهم من أسهم الشركة بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 25.856 مليون جنيه، بمتوسط سعر بيع 0.808 جنيه للسهم. وقامت شركة كايرو كابيتال سيكيورتيز لتداول الأوراق المالية بدور السمسار المنفذ للصفقة. وأوضحت «لوتس للتنمية» أن نسبة حصص المجموعات المرتبطة بالمساهم تبلغ 6.33% لصالح هبه الله إسماعيل صلاح العبد. وبعد تنفيذ الصفقة، تراجع إجمالي حصة العضو المنتدب وأطرافه المرتبطة إلى 41.177% من أسهم الشركة، مقابل 43.584% قبل تنفيذ الصفقة.Dollar Slightly Lower on Strong Stocks and Weak Crude
