«المتحدة» تنفي استحواذها على 68% من أسهم «مصر الجديدة للإسكان»
نفت شركة مصر الجديدة للإسكان والتعمير ما تم تداوله عبر أحد المواقع الإلكترونية بشأن استحواذ شركة “المتحدة” على 68% من أسهم الشركة لتصبح المساهم الأكبر والشريك الرئيسي. وأكدت الشركة في بيان للبورصة المصرية أن الخبر المتداول غير صحيح تمامًا، وأنه لم يصدر عن الشركة أي بيان أو إفصاح رسمي بهذا الشأن. تسوية مديونية شركة المعادي للتشييد وكان مجلس إدارة الشركة قد وافق سابقًا على تسوية المديونية المستحقة لدى شركة المعادي للتشييد مقابل قطعة أرض فضاء بالكيلو 22.25 بطريق مصر-الإسماعيلية الصحراوي، بمساحة 4,945 مترًا مربعًا. وبلغت القيمة الإجمالية للأرض 96.33 مليون جنيه، بما يعادل 19,478 جنيهًا للمتر المربع، مقابل أصل مستحقات بلغ 81 مليون جنيه مضافًا إليه غرامات التأخير، بينما وصل متوسط التقييمات العقارية المعتمدة إلى 25,750 جنيهًا للمتر، ما يعكس القيمة السوقية العادلة للمستحقات. خطط التوسع العقاري أعلنت الشركة أنها منفتحة على التوسع في محفظتها العقارية اعتبارًا من 2027، ضمن خطتها الاستراتيجية لتعظيم العوائد وتنويع الأنشطة الاستثمارية، مع دراسة مشروعات محتملة في الساحل الشمالي والبحر الأحمر، مؤكدة أن أي قرارات جوهرية ستُعلن في حينه وفق القواعد المنظمة للسوق. استلام قطعة أرض جديدة بالعُبور في سياق متصل، كشفت الشركة عن تسلمها قطعة أرض بمساحة 60 فدانًا بمدينة العبور الجديدة يوم 27 يوليو 2025، تعويضًا عن أراضٍ تم استقطاعها لصالح مشروعات تطوير وتوسعة الطرق والمحاور المرورية.Sugar Prices Recover on Brazilian Real Strength
