وافق مجلس إدارة هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة، في اجتماعه برئاسة المهندس شريف الشربيني، وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، على مذكرة بشأن مد مهلة استقبال طلبات استصدار تراخيص البناء للمسطحات البنائية الناتجة عن استكمال نسبة 75% من إجمالي مسطح دور السطح. ونصت الموافقة على أنه يتم استقبال طلبات استصدار تراخيص البناء للمسطحات البنائية بحد أقصى 75% بدور السطح بقطع الأراضي السكنية الصغيرة الواقعة فى نطاق مدن هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة حتى نهاية مايو ٢٠٢٦، وبذات الشروط والضوابط الواردة بالقرارات والمكاتبات الصادرة بهذا الشأن، على أن يتم تفويض قطاعات الهيئة بشأن إمكانية مد مدد إضافية مع اخطار أجهزة المدن للعمل بها طبقا للقواعد.AI models are becoming the ‘most potent cyber weapon’ ever created, Cohere CEO says
