«المخابز»: نؤيد خفض وزن الرغيف بدلًا من رفع السعر والمقترح ينتظر العرض على «التموين»
كشف خالد فكري، رئيس شعبة المخابز بغرفة القاهرة التجارية، عن مقترح لخفض وزن رغيف الخبز السياحي بنحو 10 جرامات، ليصل إلى 70 جرامًا بدلًا من زيادة سعر الرغيف، في ظل الارتفاعات الأخيرة في أسعار الدقيق وتكاليف التشغيل. وأوضح فكري، في تصريحات لـ«الاستثمار العربي»، أن المقترح لقي قبولًا واسعًا بين أعضاء الشعبة، إلا أنه لم يُعرض حتى الآن على شريف فاروق، وزير التموين والتجارة الداخلية. وأشار إلى أن الفكرة جاءت كبديل عن زيادة سعر الرغيف بنحو 30 قرشًا، خاصة أن هذه الفئة من العملات المعدنية لم تعد متداولة بشكل واسع في التعاملات اليومية. خفض الوزن بديلًا عن زيادة السعر وأوضح فكري أن خفض وزن الرغيف سيؤدي إلى تقليص حجمه، لكنه قد يكون خيارًا أكثر ملاءمة من رفع السعر، بما يحقق توازنًا بين ارتفاع تكاليف الإنتاج وقدرة المستهلك على تحمل الزيادة. تكاليف تشغيل مرتفعة للمخابز السياحية وأضاف فكري أن المخبز السياحي يختلف في طبيعة تكاليفه عن المخبز البلدي، إذ ينتج كميات أقل ويتحمل مصروفات تشغيل مرتفعة، خاصة في ظل عدم حصوله على دعم، ما يزيد الضغوط على تكلفة إنتاج الرغيف.Barclays initiates coverage of RTX with an Overweight rating
