«المركزي» يوافق على تعيين عبد الحميد صافي عضوًا بمجلس إدارة بنك قناة السويس

أعلن بنك قناة السويس حصوله على موافقة البنك المركزي المصري على تعيين عبد الحميد صافي على افكيرين عضوًا غير تنفيذي بمجلس إدارة البنك، ممثلًا عن المصرف الليبي الخارجي. وأوضح البنك، في إفصاح للبورصة المصرية، أن التعيين يأتي بدلًا من صالح عبد الله محمد بندى، وذلك ضمن الدورة الحالية لمجلس الإدارة الممتدة من 2024 إلى 2027. وأشار إلى أن التعيين سيتم عرضه على الجمعية العامة للبنك في أول اجتماع لها، وفقًا لأحكام المادة 120 من قانون البنك المركزي والجهاز المصرفي رقم 194 لسنة 2020.
