«المصرية للتكرير» تسدد 417 مليون دولار من مديونيتها
أعلنت شركة القلعة للاستثمارات المالية، أن الشركة المصرية للتكرير، التابعة لها، قامت بسداد 417 مليون دولار لصالح الدائنين، في خطوة جديدة ضمن خطة خفض المديونية وتعزيز المركز المالي للشركة. وأوضحت القلعة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أن سداد هذه القيمة أدى إلى خفض رصيد الدين الرئيسي للشركة المصرية للتكرير إلى 63 مليون دولار فقط، من المقرر سدادها في مارس المقبل، بعد أن كان إجمالي الدين الرئيسي يبلغ نحو 2.35 مليار دولار. وأضاف البيان أن رصيد الدين الثانوي للشركة يتم سداده على أقساط تمتد حتى عام 2030، بإجمالي قيمة تصل إلى نحو 773 مليون دولار. وأشارت القلعة إلى أن الانتهاء الكامل من سداد الدين الرئيسي سيمكن الشركة المصرية للتكرير من البدء في إجراء توزيعات على حملة الأسهم، وذلك بعد استكمال السداد المقرر في مارس 2026، وبشرط الحصول على موافقة الجمعية العامة. وأكدت الشركة أن هذه التطورات تعكس التقدم الملحوظ في تنفيذ استراتيجية خفض المديونية، وتعزيز الاستدامة المالية، بما يدعم قدرة الشركة على تحقيق عوائد مستقبلية لمساهميها.Jim Cramer sees a big risk to the bull market resurfacing — and it's not the Iran war
