«المصريين للاستثمار» ترفع رأس مالها إلى 163.6 مليون جنيه عبر توزيع أسهم مجانية
قررت لجنة قيد الأوراق المالية بالبورصة المصرية، في جلستها المنعقدة بتاريخ 24 سبتمبر 2025، الموافقة على قيد أسهم زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع لشركة المصريين للاستثمار والتنمية العمرانية من 150 مليون جنيه إلى 163.636 مليون جنيه، بزيادة قدرها 13.636 مليون جنيه، موزعة على 136.363.630 سهم بقيمة اسمية 10 قروش للسهم. وأوضحت اللجنة أن الزيادة ستتم من خلال توزيع أسهم مجانية على المساهمين بواقع 0.0909090866 سهم مجاني لكل سهم أصلي قبل الزيادة، على أن يتم تمويل هذه الزيادة من حصة المساهمين في توزيعات الأرباح عن المركز المالي المنتهي في 31 ديسمبر 2024، وتمثل هذه الزيادة الإصدار السادس للشركة ضمن جدول قيد الأوراق المالية المصرية (أسهم). وأشارت البورصة إلى أن الحق في التوزيع المجاني لمشتري السهم سيكون حتى نهاية جلسة تداول يوم الأربعاء الموافق 8 أكتوبر 2025، على أن يتم إدراج أسهم الشركة بعد الزيادة المجانية على قاعدة البيانات اعتبارًا من جلسة تداول الخميس 9 أكتوبر 2025 مع تحديد سعر مرجعي جديد للسهم في هذا التاريخ. وفي حال صادف تاريخ توزيع الأسهم المجانية عطلة رسمية، سيتم تأجيل التوزيع إلى أول يوم عمل تالٍ، ليصبح إجمالي عدد أسهم الشركة بعد الزيادة 1,636,363,630 سهمًا.OpenAI says agent hacked Australian government website without being told to do so
