«الملتقى العربي» تدرس مبادلة 68.4% من «التوفيق للتأجير» لصالح «البركة مصر»

وافقت شركة الملتقى العربي للاستثمارات على دعوة الجمعية العامة غير العادية للانعقاد، لبحث مبادلة حصتها البالغة 68.4% من رأسمال شركة التوفيق للتأجير التمويلي لصالح بنك البركة مصر، ضمن عرض الشراء الإجباري المقدم للاستحواذ على أسهم الشركة دون الخيار النقدي. كما وافق مجلس الإدارة حسب بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، على تعيين شركة Forvis Mazars مستشارًا ماليًا مستقلًا لإعداد دراسة القيمة العادلة لشركة التوفيق للتأجير التمويلي، مع تفويض العضو المنتدب في استكمال إجراءات التعاقد. وتنظر الجمعية غير العادية أيضًا في تفويض رئيس مجلس الإدارة أو العضو المنتدب لتنفيذ قرارها بشأن عرض بنك البركة مصر.
