«المنصور للاستثمار» تبيع 10 مليون سهم من حصتها في «بالم هيلز» بـ82.8 مليون جنيه

أعلنت شركة بالم هيلز للتعمير عن قيام شركة المنصور والمغربي للاستثمار والتنمية عن بيع 10 ملايين سهم من حصتها في شركة بالم هيلز، وذلك وفقًا لنموذج الإفصاح المرسل إلى البورصة المصرية. وبلغت القيمة الإجمالية للصفقة نحو 82.8 مليون جنيه، بمتوسط سعر بيع 8.28 جنيه للسهم، وتم تنفيذ العملية بتاريخ 5 نوفمبر 2025 من خلال شركة التجاري الدولي للسمسرة في الأوراق المالية، فرع جاليريا 40 بمدينة الشيخ زايد. وبعد تنفيذ الصفقة، تراجعت حصة شركة المنصور والمغربي في رأسمال بالم هيلز من 39.07% إلى 38.75%، فيما بلغت الحصة الإجمالية للمجموعة المرتبطة بالشركة نحو 52.70%. وتشمل الأطراف المرتبطة مساهمين من عائلة منصور بالإضافة إلى عدد من المؤسسات، من بينها رويال للتأمين، والبنك العربي الأفريقي الدولي، والبنك التجاري الدولي بحصص متفاوتة أقل من 1%. وأكدت البورصة المصرية أن مسؤولية صحة البيانات الواردة بالإفصاح تقع على عاتق الشركة المصدرة والمساهم محل التعامل دون أدنى مسؤولية على البورصة.
