«النادي الأهلي» يعتزم تدشين فرعين بالدلتا والصعيد باستثمارات 120 مليون دولار
يستهدف النادي الأهلي المصري افتتاح فرعين جديدين خلال الفترة المقبلة، أحدهما في إقليم الدلتا والآخر في صعيد مصر، على أن يتم الانتهاء من تنفيذهما بحلول عام 2029. وتبلغ التكلفة المباشرة لإنشائهما ما بين 110 و120 مليون دولار، على أن لا تتحمل ميزانية النادي هذه النفقات. تمويل المشروع عبر شراكات مبتكرة سيتم تمويل المشروع من خلال شراكات مؤسسية واتفاقيات تمويل مبتكرة تُبرم باسم النادي، في إطار خطة تهدف إلى تعزيز انتشار النادي جغرافيًا وتوسيع قاعدة المستفيدين من خدماته الرياضية والاجتماعية. نموذج الشراكة مع المطورين العقاريين وأوضح حازم هلال، عضو مجلس إدارة النادي ونائب رئيس شركة المنشآت الرياضية، أن تمويل الفرعين لن يكون عبر الاقتراض أو الميزانية المباشرة للنادي، بل من خلال نموذج الشراكة مع المطورين العقاريين، حيث يوفر المطور الأرض ويقوم ببناء الفرع بالكامل ضمن خطته التسويقية للمشروع السكني، مقابل الاستفادة من العلامة التجارية للنادي الأهلي، التي تعزز القيمة الاستثمارية للعقارات. استاد الأهلي الجديد وأضاف هلال أن من المخطط الانتهاء من تنفيذ استاد الأهلي الجديد قبل نهاية الدورة الحالية لمجلس إدارة النادي في عام 2029، ضمن رؤية شاملة لتوسعات النادي وتعزيز استدامة استثماراته.August consumer inflation cements Fed rate hike odds.
