«بالم هيلز» تساهم في تأسيس شركة تطوير عقاري برأسمال 1.5 مليار جنيه
وافق مجلس إدارة شركة بالم هيلز للتعمير، على المساهمة في تأسيس شركة تطوير عقاري برأس مال مصدر يبلغ 1.5 مليار جنيه، بنسبة مساهمة لا تقل عن 51%، في خطوة لتعزيز التوسع الاستراتيجي للشركة وتوسيع نشاطها في مجال التطوير العقاري. وفي إطار تعزيز تواجدها الإقليمي، منح المجلس الشركة التابعة «بالم هيلز للتطوير القابضة المحدودة (ADGM)» الحق في تسجيل واستخدام العلامة التجارية لشركة بالم هيلز للتعمير في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. كما قرر المجلس حوالة محفظة الحقوق المالية الآجلة، الناشئة عن عقود بيع وحدات سكنية وكبائن بالتقسيط، بقيمة حوالي 2.4 مليار جنيه مصري إلى شركة أي إف جي هيرميس للتوريق ضمن خطوات الشركة لتعزيز مرونة محفظتها المالية والاستفادة من آليات التوريق. وفي سياق آخر، وافق المجلس على قبول استقالة الدكتورة غادة فتحي إسماعيل والي من عضوية مجلس الإدارة، مع عرض الاستقالة على الجمعية العامة للتصديق، في إطار الحفاظ على هيكل إداري متجدد وفعّال. وأكدت الشركة أن هذه القرارات تأتي في سياق خططها لتعزيز قدرتها التوسعية وتحسين كفاءة إدارة محفظتها المالية بما يدعم أهدافها الاستراتيجية على المدى الطويل.Soybeans Slip Lower on Tuesday
