بدء تسليم أراضي الإسكان المتميز بأسيوط الجديدة الأحد المقبل
أعلن شريف الشربيني، وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، عن بدء تسليم الفائزين بقطع أراضي الإسكان المتميز بمدينة أسيوط الجديدة، اعتبارًا من الأحد المقبل 18 يناير 2026، وحتى الاثنين 2 فبراير 2026، وفق جدول زمني محدد. وأكد الوزير حرص الوزارة على دفع العمل بالمشروعات المختلفة، بما في ذلك مشروعات المرافق والطرق والخدمات بمناطق تسليم الأراضي، وتوفير الدعم اللازم للمستفيدين بالأراضي والوحدات لتحقيق التنمية المستهدفة في مدن الصعيد. جدول تسليم الأراضي وأوضح مسئولو جهاز مدينة أسيوط الجديدة أن التسليم يشمل قطع الأراضي بالمنطقة 1304 أفدنة بالتوسعات الشمالية الغربية الحي الخامس (الإسكان المتميز)، التي تم حجزها بنظام الحجز الإلكتروني، على النحو التالي: قطع 1 : 15 يوم الأحد 18/1/2026 قطع 16 : 30 يوم الاثنين 19/1/2026 قطع 31 : 45 يوم الثلاثاء 20/1/2026 قطع 46 : 60 يوم الأربعاء 21/1/2026 قطع 61 : 75 يوم الخميس 22/1/2026 قطع 76 : 90 يوم الاثنين 26/1/2026 قطع 91 : 101 يوم الثلاثاء 27/1/2026 وأشار الجهاز إلى تخصيص الفترة من الأربعاء 28/1/2026 حتى الاثنين 2/2/2026 لتسليم المستفيدين الذين تخلفوا عن الحضور في المواعيد السابقة. المستندات المطلوبة للاستلام وأوضح مسئولو الجهاز أن المستندات اللازمة تشمل: بطاقة الرقم القومي، إيصال سداد نسبة 25%، وخطاب حديث موجه باسم المستفيد من بنك التعمير والإسكان إلى جهاز المدينة لاستلام الأرض. كما يُسمح للمالك بتوكيل شخص آخر لاستلام الأرض بموجب توكيل رسمي معتمد.Erdogan's warm ties with Trump offer Turkey an edge ahead of NATO summit
