بدء تنفيذ آلية استبدال السندات بأسهم شركة القلعة
أعلنت إدارة البورصة المصرية، اليوم الثلاثاء، عن بدء تنفيذ آلية استبدال سندات الدين بأسهم زيادة رأس المال الخاصة بشركة القلعة للاستثمارات المالية، وذلك بعد قيد أسهم الزيادة في رأسمال الشركة المُصدرة. وأوضحت البورصة أنه سيتم فتح سوق الصفقات الخاصة (OPR) لتسجيل أوامر الاستبدال بسعر 0.585 جنيه للسهم الواحد، وذلك لمدة عشرة أيام عمل تبدأ من 5 نوفمبر 2025 وحتى 18 نوفمبر 2025. ويأتي هذا الإجراء في إطار الخطوات الخاصة بتنفيذ عملية هيكلة مديونيات الشركة عبر تحويل جزء من سندات الدين إلى أسهم، وفق ما أوضحته الشركة في بيانها المنشور على شاشات التداول بتاريخ 2 نوفمبر 2025.Tesla makes a move on Southeast Asia's largest EV market.
