بـ6 مليار جنيه.. «فيديليتي إنفستمنت» تستحوذ على 5.2% من إيسترن كومباني

أعلنت شركة إيسترن كومباني، عن استحواذ شركة Fidelity Investments على حصة اتحاد العاملين المساهمين بالشركة البلغة 5.2%، بقيمة 6.244 مليار جنيه. إيسترن كومباني وأوضحت إيسترن كومباني، في بيانها المرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أن Fidelity Investments قامت بشراء عدد 156.101 مليون سهم من أسهم الشركة، مقابل 6.244 مليار جنيه. متوسط سعر الشراء وأضافت أن متوسط سعر الشراء بلغ 40 جنيه للسهم الواحد، وقامت شركة إي اف جي هيرميس الدولية للسمسرة في الأوراق المالية بدور السمسار المنفذ للصفقة. وكانت إدارة البورصة المصرية، أعلنت صباح اليوم، عن تنفيذ صفقة من خلال آلية الصفقات ذات الحجم الكبير، على أسهم شركة الشرقية – إيسترن كومباني، لعدد 156.101 مليون سهم، بقيمة 6.244 مليار جنيه. جدير بالذكر، تستحوذ شركة جلوبال للاستثمارات القابضة المحدودة تستحوذ على الحصة الأكبر في هيكل ملكية الشرقية – إيسترن كومباني بنسبة 30%، يليها الشركة القابضة للصناعات الكيماوية بنسبة 20.95%، ثم صندوق أسهم الان جراي بنسبة 6.46%.
