بـ88 مليون جنيه.. «كريستمارك» تنجح في زيادة رأس مالها بتغطية 96%
أعلنت شركة كريستمارك للمقاولات والتطوير العقاري عن نتيجة الاكتتاب في المرحلة الأولى من زيادة رأس مالها المصدر، بعد موافقة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية بتاريخ 17 سبتمبر 2025، في خطوة تهدف إلى دعم خطة الشركة للتوسع وتنفيذ مشروعاتها العقارية. وحسب بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، جاءت المرحلة الأولى من الاكتتاب لتغطية زيادة رأس المال من 89,800,919.04 جنيه إلى 179,601,838.08 جنيه، موزعة على 561,255,744 سهم. وأظهرت النتائج نجاح المستثمرين في الاكتتاب، حيث تم الاكتتاب على 541,726,102 سهم بقيمة إجمالية 88,843,0080.73 جنيه تشمل القيمة الاسمية ومصاريف الإصدار. وبلغ عدد الأسهم غير المكتتب فيها في المرحلة الأولى 19,529,642 سهم، ما أسفر عن نسبة تغطية بلغت 96.52%، وهو ما يعكس الثقة الكبيرة من المستثمرين في الشركة واستراتيجيتها التوسعية.Finland’s radical answer to renewable energy’s biggest headache: The world’s largest sand battery
