بنك فيصل الإسلامي يبيع أرض للأوقاف بـ 924 مليون جنيه
أعلن بنك فيصل الإسلامي عن موافقة مجلس إدارته، على بيع قطعة الأرض المملوكة للبنك والواقعة بشارع النزهة في منطقة مدينة نصر، لصالح هيئة الأوقاف المصرية، وذلك مقابل قيمة إجمالية بلغت 924 مليون جنيه، حسب بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم. وفي وقت سابق، أعلن بنك فيصل حصوله على موافقة البنك المركزي المصري للاستحواذ الكامل على حصة مساهمة شركة صندوق تنمية التكنولوجيا (الصندوق الأول والثاني) في رأسمال شركة تطبيقات الكروت الذكية «سمارت». وأوضح البنك، أنه يستهدف شراء نحو 1.399 مليون سهم تمثل 11.2% من رأسمال شركة «سمارت»، وذلك بقيمة إجمالية تبلغ 53.746 مليون جنيه. ويأتي هذا التحرك ضمن استراتيجية البنك للتوسع في الخدمات الرقمية والتكنولوجيا المالية، وتعزيز استثماراته في الشركات العاملة بمجالات المدفوعات الذكية والتحول الرقمي. وعلى صعيد الأداء المالي، حقق بنك فيصل الإسلامي صافي أرباح مستقلة بلغ 2.470 مليار جنيه خلال التسعة أشهر الأولى من العام الجاري، مقارنة بـ 8.317 مليار جنيه خلال الفترة المقابلة من العام الماضي. كما ارتفع صافي الدخل من العائد إلى 7.733 مليار جنيه خلال الفترة نفسها، مقابل 6.297 مليار جنيه في العام الماضي، ما يعكس نموًا في الأنشطة التشغيلية الأساسية للبنك.Robust Ivory Coast Cocoa Supplies Weigh on Prices
