بنك Saib يصدر سندات بحد أقصى 20 مليار جنيه لتمويل نشاطه
وافقت الجمعية العامة غير العادية لبنك الشركة المصرفية العربية الدولية (SAIB)، على إصدار برنامج سندات اسمية ذات عائد، غير قابلة للتحويل إلى أسهم، على عدة إصدارات بالجنيه المصري، بحد أقصى 20 مليار جنيه، ولمدة ثلاث سنوات، وذلك بغرض تمويل نشاط البنك. وأوضح البنك، في بيان إلى البورصة المصرية، أن برنامج السندات سيتم طرحه طرحًا خاصًا و/أو عامًا، مع جواز أن يتضمن إصدار سندات تمويل خضراء أو سندات موجهة لتمويل المشروعات والأنشطة المرتبطة بالتنمية المستدامة، كما يجوز قيد كل أو أي من الإصدارات في البورصة المصرية، وذلك بعد الحصول على الموافقات اللازمة من البنك المركزي المصري والهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية. وأضاف البيان أن الجمعية وافقت على أن يتم سداد أصل السندات والعائد المستحق عليها من التدفقات النقدية للبنك، على أن يكون الإصدار الأول ضمن البرنامج بقيمة إجمالية تصل إلى 5 مليارات جنيه، مقسمة على شريحتين؛ الشريحة الأولى لمدة 12 شهرًا من تاريخ غلق باب الاكتتاب، والشريحة الثانية لمدة تصل إلى 60 شهرًا من تاريخ غلق باب الاكتتاب.Jim Cramer says investors are making a mistake with the trillion-dollar tech giants
