بنك saib يوافق على إصدار سندات أسمية لمدة 3 سنوات بـ 20 مليار جنيه
أعلن بنك الشركة المصرفية العربية الدولية – saib، أن مجلس إدارة البنك وافق من حيث المبدأ على اقتراح إصدار برنامج سندات اسمية ذات عائد، وغير قابلة للتحويل إلى أسهم، تُصدر على عدة إصدارات بالجنيه المصري، وذلك لمدة ثلاث سنوات. برنامج السندات الجديد أوضح البنك أن البرنامج يستهدف إصدار سندات بقيمة إجمالية تصل إلى 20 مليار جنيه مصري، لتمويل الخطط التوسعية في مختلف مجالات التمويل والاستثمار، مشيرًا إلى أن الطرح سيتم إما طرحًا خاصًا أو عامًا وفقًا لما ستحدده الجهات التنظيمية. الخطوات التنظيمية والموافقات المطلوبة ودعا مجلس إدارة البنك الجمعية العامة غير العادية للانعقاد من أجل الموافقة على شروط وتفاصيل الإصدار، على أن يتم التنفيذ عقب استيفاء جميع الموافقات المطلوبة من البنك المركزي المصري والهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية، لضمان الالتزام الكامل بالقواعد المنظمة لسوق المال المصري. استراتيجية التنويع ودعم النمو وأكد البنك أن هذا الإصدار يأتي ضمن استراتيجية بنك saib الرامية إلى تنويع مصادر التمويل وتعزيز قاعدة رأس المال، بما يدعم خطط البنك التوسعية في السوق المصرية ويساهم في تلبية احتياجات العملاء ومواكبة التطورات المتسارعة في القطاع المصرفي.Trump blasts New York AI data center ban, says state should change policy 'immediately'
