وافق مجلس إدارة بنك الشركة المصرفية العربية الدولية، على تعديل مقترح توزيع الأرباح عن العام المالي المنتهي في 31 ديسمبر 2025، وذلك بإجماع أعضاء المجلس. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة، أن المقترح يتضمن توزيع أرباح نقدية على المساهمين بإجمالي 9,930,750 دولار أمريكي، يتم توزيعها وفقًا لنسبة مساهمة كل مساهم في رأس المال المدفوع. وأضاف البيان أن نصيب السهم الواحد من التوزيعات النقدية يبلغ 0.30 دولار أمريكي، أي ما يعادل ثلاثين سنتًا للسهم، عن نتائج أعمال السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025. وأشار البنك إلى أن مقترح توزيع الأرباح لا يزال مرهونًا باعتماد الجمعية العامة للمساهمين، وفقًا للإجراءات والقواعد المنظمة.How one hedge-fund manager built his firm to be powered entirely by AI agents
