«بي بي» تستحوذ على 40% من اتفاقية استكشاف نفط في أوزبكستان عبر 6 مناطق
أعلنت شركة “بي بي” اليوم الأربعاء استحواذها على حصة مشاركة بنسبة 40% في اتفاقية تقاسم الإنتاج، تغطي ست مناطق استكشاف للتنقيب عن النفط والغاز في منطقة أُستيوُرت في أوزبكستان، في إطار إعادة تركيزها على قطاع الطاقة التقليدية. شركة بي بي وكانت “بي بي” قد انسحبت من أنشطة الاستكشاف في المنطقة عام 2021، ضمن توجهها حينها نحو استراتيجية خضراء تحت قيادة الرئيس التنفيذي السابق برنارد لوني، الذي تعهد بخفض إنتاج النفط والغاز بنسبة 40% بحلول عام 2030، قبل أن تعود الشركة لاحقًا إلى تعزيز استثماراتها في الوقود الأحفوري. وقال جيو كريستوفولي، الرئيس الإقليمي لشركة “بي بي” في أذربيجان وجورجيا وتركيا، إن أوزبكستان تمتلك إمكانات موارد كبيرة، معتبرًا أن الخطوة تمثل فرصة لدعم استكشاف وتطوير موارد النفط والغاز في البلاد. تفاصيل الاتفاق وأضاف أن “بي بي” اشترت الحصة البالغة 40% من شركتي “سوكار” و”أوزبك نفط غاز”، حيث تمتلك كل منهما الآن 30%، بينما تظل “سوكار” هي المشغل الرئيسي لمناطق الاستكشاف، والتي تشمل بويتيراك، وترينغقدوق، وبيرقوري، وخاروي، وقرة قالپق، وقولبوي. وكانت الشركة قد وقعت أول اتفاقيات استكشاف في المنطقة مع “سوكار” و”أوزبك نفط غاز” عام 2018، قبل أن تعيد تنشيط حضورها الاستثماري في هذا القطاع مجددًا.Ex-Div Reminder for Selective Insurance Group's Preferred Shares Series B
