«تأمين الوفاء» تستحوذ على «الدلتا للتأمين» بحصة 97.85%

أعلنت شركة الدلتا للتأمين عن تنفيذ صفقة بيع رئيسية على أسهم الشركة لصالح شركة تأمين الوفاء المغربية. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيانها للبورصة، أن الصفقة تضمنت بيع 122,323,950 سهمًا من أسهم رأس المال، بمتوسط سعر 40 جنيهًا للسهم، لتبلغ القيمة الإجمالية للصفقة نحو 4.892 مليار جنيه. وأضافت “الدلتا للتأمين” أن نسبة ملكية شركة تأمين الوفاء ارتفعت بعد تنفيذ الصفقة إلى 97.859% من رأسمال الشركة، بعد أن لم تكن تمتلك أي حصة قبل العملية. وأشار البيان إلى أن تنفيذ الصفقة تم بتاريخ 30 أكتوبر 2025 من خلال شركة إي إف جي هيرميس الدولية لتداول الأوراق المالية، التي تولّت تنفيذ عملية البيع في مقرها بالقرية الذكية على طريق القاهرة – الإسكندرية الصحراوي.
