تغطية طرح «توسع للتخصيم» بـ«بورصة النيل» 13.9 مرة

أعلنت البورصة المصرية اليوم الخميس، عن نتائج الطرح العام والخاص لأسهم شركة توسع للتخصيم المقيدة ببورصة النيل، وذلك عقب انتهاء فترة تسجيل أوامر البيع والشراء يوم 6 نوفمبر 2025. وأوضحت إدارة البورصة أن إجمالي أوامر الشراء المسجلة بسوق الصفقات الخاصة بلغ 52,340,141 سهمًا، بما يعادل تغطية الطرح بمعدل 13.9 مرة من الكمية المطروحة للاكتتاب. ويأتي الاكتتاب في أسهم الشركة ضمن خطة برنامج الطروحات التي تستهدف زيادة عدد الشركات المدرجة وتعزيز السيولة في سوق المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، بالإضافة إلى دعم نشاط التخصيم التجاري كأحد أدوات التمويل غير المصرفية الداعمة للنمو الاقتصادي. ومن المقرر أن تعلن البورصة المصرية موعد بدء التداول على أسهم الشركة بعد الانتهاء من إجراءات التخصيص وإتمام القيد النهائي.
