تنفيذ صفقة بـ 6.5 مليون جنيه على أسهم «كونتكت القابضة»
أعلنت البورصة المصرية تنفيذ صفقة على أسهم شركة كونتكت المالية القابضة لعدد 1.4 مليون سهم، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 6.552 مليون جنيه، وذلك في إطار نظام الإثابة والتحفيز للعاملين بالشركة. وأوضحت البورصة، في إفصاح صادر اليوم الإثنين الموافق 18 مايو 2026، أن عملية نقل الملكية تمت على أسهم الشركة المصدرة ضمن برنامج الحوافز المخصص للعاملين، بما يدعم خطط تحفيز الموظفين وربط الأداء بمعدلات النمو داخل الشركة. وتلجأ الشركات المقيدة بالبورصة إلى برامج الإثابة والتحفيز كأحد الأدوات التي تستهدف رفع كفاءة الأداء وتعزيز ولاء العاملين، عبر منحهم أسهمًا أو مزايا مرتبطة بنتائج الأعمال والأداء المؤسسي
