تنفيذ صفقة على أسهم راية القابضة بقيمة 1.1 مليون جنيه
أعلنت إدارة البورصة المصرية، اليوم الأربعاء الموافق 15 يناير 2026، تنفيذ صفقة نقل ملكية على أسهم شركة راية القابضة للاستثمارات المالية، وذلك في إطار نظام الإثابة والتحفيز للعاملين بالشركة. وأوضحت البورصة أن الصفقة شملت عدد 321,749 سهمًا من أسهم الشركة المصدرة، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت نحو 1,177,601 جنيه. أصدرت شركة راية القابضة للاستثمارات المالية بيانًا توضيحيًا ردًا على ما تم نشره في بعض وسائل الإعلام حول اعتزام الشركة ضخ استثمارات خارجية أو تنفيذ استحواذات جديدة. وأكدت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة اليوم، أنها لم تتخذ أي قرارات من مجلس إدارتها بشأن أي من تلك الاستثمارات أو الاستحواذات المشار إليها، مشيرة إلى أنها لا تزال في مرحلة دراسة عدد من الفرص الاستثمارية المختلفة في إطار خططها التوسعية المستقبلية. وأضافت «راية القابضة» أنها كانت قد أفصحت في مارس 2024 عن دراسة الاستحواذ على شركة تعمل في قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات، موضحة أنه لا توجد أي مستجدات بخلاف ما تم الإعلان عنه آنذاك. وشددت الشركة على التزامها الكامل بقواعد الإفصاح والشفافية الصادرة عن البورصة المصرية، مؤكدة حرصها على إخطار المساهمين وأطراف السوق بأي قرارات جوهرية فور اتخاذها رسميًا.I've worked with over 5,000 kids: I swear by this No. 1 parenting rule—it's 'surprisingly simple'
