تنفيذ صفقة كبيرة على أسهم «القاهرة للإسكان» بقيمة 68.6 مليون جنيه
نفذت البورصة المصرية صفقة من خلال آلية الصفقات ذات الحجم الكبير على أسهم شركة القاهرة للإسكان والتعمير، خلال جلسة تداول اليوم الثلاثاء 31 مارس 2026. وأوضحت البورصة، في بيان لها، أن الصفقة تمت على عدد 70 مليون سهم من أسهم الشركة، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 68.6 مليون جنيه. وفي سياق منفصل أعلنت شركة القاهرة للإسكان والتعمير عن تنفيذ صفقة بيع اسهم من شركة مشارق للاستثمار العقاري حيث باعت عدد 19,250,000 سهم، بما يمثل نسبة 26.96% من ملكية المساهم قبل تنفيذ الصفقة. وأضاف الشركة في بيان للبورصة اليوم، أن نسبة ملكية المساهم بعد تنفيذ الصفقة بلغت 25.14%، مقابل نسبة ملكية قبل الصفقة 26.96% بسعر تنفيذ متوسط بلغ 2.51 جنيه للسهم، فيما بلغت القيمة الإجمالية للصفقة 48.3 مليون جنيه. وأشار البيان إلى أن شركة بايونيرز لتداول الأوراق المالية والسندات هي الجهة المنفذة للصفقة، ويأتي هذا في إطار تعزيز الشفافية والإفصاح عن التعاملات المرتبطة بالمساهمين الرئيسيين للشركة.Gold On Track For Third Weekly Loss On Rate Hike Concerns
