تنفيذ صفقة كبيرة على أسهم شركة «إيديتا» بـ 1.3 مليار جنيه
أعلنت البورصة المصرية، إنه تم تنفيذ عملية من خلال آلية الصفقات ذات الحجم الكبير (BLOCK TRADING) على الأسهم المصدرة لشركة إيديتا للصناعات الغذائية بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 1.261 مليار جنيه، وذلك لعدد 51.469 مليون سهم . وكانت قد حققت شركة إيديتا للصناعات الغذائية نمواً ملحوظاً خلال الربع الثالث من عام 2025، حيث ارتفعت الإيرادات المجمعة بمعدل سنوي 40.4% لتصل إلى 5.5 مليار جنيه، مدعومة بتعافي الكميات المباعة واستمرار تحسين تشكيلة المنتجات. و ارتفع مجمل ربح شركة إيديتا بنسبة سنوية 57.1% ليبلغ 1.9 مليار جنيه، مصحوبًا بارتفاع هامش مجمل الربح بمقدار 3.7 نقطة مئوية ليصل إلى 34.9% خلال الربع الثالث من عام 2025، بفضل مبادرات إيديتا المستمرة لتحسين الشرائح السعرية في مختلف قطاعاتها. وارتفعت الأرباح قبل الفوائد والضرائب والإهلاك والاستهلاك بمعدل سنوي 74.0% لتسجل 1.1 مليار جنيه، محققة هامش ربح 19.6% مقابل 15.9% خلال نفس الفترة من العام الماضي. بينما تضاعف صافي الربح تقريبًا مسجلًا نموًا سنويًا قدره 84.5% ليصل إلى 659.2 مليون جنيه خلال الربع الثالث من عام 2025، بهامش ربح 12.0% مقارنة بـ9.1% خلال الربع الثالث من عام 2024.Momentum stocks like Micron fall into correction territory.
