تنفيذ عرض «البركة مصر» للاستحواذ على «التوفيق للتأجير» بمبادلة 273.7 مليون سهم
أعلنت البورصة المصرية تنفيذ عرض الشراء الإجباري المقدم من بنك البركة مصر على أسهم شركة التوفيق للتأجير التمويلي – أية.تي.ليس، من خلال مبادلة الأسهم فقط دون إتاحة الخيار النقدي للمساهمين. وأوضحت البورصة أن جلسة اليوم شهدت تنفيذ العرض على عدد 273.72 مليون سهم من أسهم شركة التوفيق للتأجير التمويلي، وذلك وفقًا لمعامل مبادلة يبلغ 0.1919 سهم من أسهم زيادة رأس مال بنك البركة مصر مقابل كل سهم من أسهم الشركة المستهدفة. وكان بنك البركة مصر قد تقدم بعرض شراء إجباري للاستحواذ على أسهم شركة التوفيق للتأجير التمويلي، يستهدف شراء عدد يصل إلى 329.47 مليون سهم، بما يمثل 90% من إجمالي أسهم رأس مال الشركة المستهدفة، على ألا تقل نسبة الأسهم المستحوذ عليها عن 51% من رأس المال. ويأتي تنفيذ الصفقة في إطار استكمال إجراءات استحواذ بنك البركة مصر على حصة مسيطرة في شركة التوفيق للتأجير التمويلي، من خلال إصدار أسهم جديدة في زيادة رأسمال البنك ومبادلتها بأسهم الشركة المستهدفة.Soccer superstar Kylian Mbappé on ending 20-year journey with Nike: 'It was time to change'
