تنفيذ نقل ملكية أسهم «يو للتمويل الاستهلاكي» بمليون جنيه
أعلنت إدارة البورصة المصرية، اليوم الثلاثاء، تنفيذ صفقة نقل ملكية على أسهم شركة يو للتمويل الاستهلاكي – فاليو، ضمن نظام الإثابة والتحفيز للعاملين بالشركة. وأوضحت البورصة أن الصفقة شملت نقل ملكية 1.34 مليون سهم من أسهم الشركة، بقيمة إجمالية نحو 1.048 مليون جنيه. يُذكر أن شركة يو للتمويل الاستهلاكي سجلت صافي ربح بلغ 541.44 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة من يناير حتى نهاية سبتمبر 2025، مقارنة بـ226.56 مليون جنيه في الفترة نفسها من 2024، محققة بذلك نموًا قويًا في الأرباح. كما ارتفعت إيرادات النشاط خلال الفترة نفسها إلى 2.36 مليار جنيه مقابل 1.61 مليار جنيه خلال التسعة أشهر من العام الماضي، فيما قفزت أرباح وفائض عمليات التوريق إلى 1.51 مليار جنيه مقابل 524.35 مليون جنيه في نفس الفترة العام الماضي. وعلى صعيد القوائم المالية غير المجمعة، ارتفعت أرباح الشركة المستقلة خلال الفترة من يناير حتى نهاية سبتمبر 2025 إلى 430.13 مليون جنيه، مقارنة بـ205.6 مليون جنيه في نفس الفترة من 2024، مما يعكس تحسن الأداء المالي للشركة على مختلف المستويات.Erdogan's warm ties with Trump offer Turkey an edge ahead of NATO summit
