«توسع للتخصيم» تغلق اكتتاب المرحلة الثانية من زيادة رأس المال بتغطية 321 مرة

أعلنت شركة توسع للتخصيم غلق باب الاكتتاب في المرحلة الثانية من زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع، يوم الأحد الموافق 3 مايو 2026، وذلك بعد إتمام الاكتتاب في المرحلتين بنجاح. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح للبورصة المصرية، أن زيادة رأس المال تمت من 75 مليون جنيه إلى 115 مليون جنيه، بزيادة قدرها 40 مليون جنيه، من خلال إصدار 40 مليون سهم. وأضافت أن المرحلة الأولى من الاكتتاب، التي امتدت من 30 مارس حتى 19 أبريل 2026، سجلت نسبة تغطية بلغت 99.61%. وفيما يتعلق بالمرحلة الثانية، التي جرت خلال الفترة من 29 أبريل إلى 3 مايو 2026، فقد شهدت إقبالًا كبيرًا، حيث بلغت نسبة تغطية الجزء المتبقي نحو 321.2 مرة، مع تخصيص الأسهم بنسبة 0.3113 لكل سهم، مع جبر الكسور لصالح صغار المستثمرين. وأكدت الشركة أن نتائج الاكتتاب تعكس ثقة المستثمرين في أدائها وخططها التوسعية خلال الفترة المقبلة.
