«توسع للتخصيم» توقع تسهيلات ائتمانية بـ50 مليون جنيه مع «العربي الأفريقي» و«فيصل الإسلامي»
أعلنت شركة توسع للتخصيم توقيع عقدي تسهيلات ائتمانية مع كل من البنك العربي الأفريقي الدولي وبنك فيصل الإسلامي المصري، بإجمالي قيمة 50 مليون جنيه، وذلك في إطار دعم السيولة وتعزيز القدرة التمويلية للشركة وتنمية نشاطها. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح للبورصة المصرية اليوم الاثنين، أن قيمة كل عقد ائتماني تبلغ 25 مليون جنيه، على أن يتم السداد من خلال متحصلات عقود التخصيم. وأضافت أن حصولها على هذه التسهيلات أدى إلى زيادة حجم التسهيلات الائتمانية الممنوحة لها إلى ثلاثة أضعاف مستواها منذ طرح الشركة في البورصة المصرية وحتى تاريخه. وأكدت أن هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن خطتها لتنويع مصادر التمويل والتوسع في أنشطتها التشغيلية، بما يعكس ثقة المؤسسات المالية في أدائها المالي وقدرتها على تحقيق نمو مستدام. وأشارت الشركة إلى أنها ستفصح عن أي تطورات جوهرية أخرى وفقًا لقواعد القيد والإفصاح المعمول بها في البورصة المصرية.Gold Edges Higher As Dollar Dips After Coordinated Yen Intervention
