رفع المساهم جمال عبد القادر عبد البصير عبد القادر حصته في شركة المطورون العرب القابضة، بعد تنفيذ صفقة شراء 492,054 سهمًا، بحسب إفصاح مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم. وبحسب الإفصاح، ارتفعت نسبة ملكية المساهم من 0.91814% قبل التنفيذ إلى 1.03639% بعد تنفيذ الصفقة، بينما بلغ متوسط سعر الشراء نحو 0.2019 جنيه للسهم، بإجمالي قيمة للصفقة بلغت 34.1 مليون جنيه. وأشار الإفصاح إلى أن نسبة ملكية المجموعات المرتبطة—وتشمل “الشركة المصرية للصلب” و”شركة الوحدة للتنمية الصناعية”—ارتفعت إلى 15.96% بعد التنفيذ، مقارنة بنحو 14.75% قبل الصفقة، وذلك وفقًا لقواعد القيد بالبورصة المصرية. وتم تنفيذ العملية من خلال شركة سنرجي لتداول الأوراق المالية، بمقرها في العقار 422–423 بمشروع Trivium Business Complex، بالتجمع الخامس، وذلك بجلسة تداول 25 نوفمبر 2025.JPMorgan says this uranium stock can rally more than 50%
