«جنوب الوادي للأسمنت» تسوي منازعاتها نهائيًا مع شركات تابعة لـ«القلعة»
وافقت شركة جنوب الوادي للأسمنت على التسوية النهائية للمنازعات القائمة بينها وبين الشركات التابعة والمرتبطة بشركة القلعة للاستثمارات المالية، وذلك وفقًا للشروط والأحكام التي تم التوصل إليها بعد مفاوضات بين الطرفين. وقالت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، إن مجلس الإدارة، خلال اجتماعه الطارئ المنعقد أمس، رأى أن التسوية تحقق مصلحة الشركة ومساهميها، وتسهم في إنهاء النزاعات القائمة وما يرتبط بها من مخاطر والتزامات محتملة. وأوضحت أن التسوية تشمل إجراء مقاصة بين المديونية المستحقة عليها لصالح الشركة العربية السويسرية للهندسة (أسيك)، وما يترتب عليها من فوائد تأخير، وبين المديونية المستحقة لها على شركة «أسيك» بموجب حكم التحكيم رقم 1326 لسنة 2019 الصادر عن مركز القاهرة الإقليمي للتحكيم التجاري الدولي. وأضافت أن قيمة المديونية المستحقة لصالح شركة «أسيك» بعد إجراء المقاصة تبلغ 33 مليون جنيه. وأكدت الشركة أنها ستقوم بسداد قيمة التسوية النهائية وفقًا لآلية السداد المتفق عليها بين الطرفين.Josh Brown says this bank that was once an 'ugly duckling' is now one of the Best Stocks in the Market
