جنوب الوادي للأسمنت توافق على بيع 47.6% من أسهم «صناعات مواد البناء» بقيمة 584 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة جنوب الوادي للأسمنت أن مجلس إدارتها وافق في اجتماعه المنعقد يوم الأربعاء 27 أغسطس 2025 على بيع 47.61% من أسهم شركة صناعات مواد البناء، والبالغة 292.34 مليون سهم من إجمالي 614 مليون سهم، لصالح شركة “إي تي إي” الإسبانية بسعر 2 جنيه للسهم، بإجمالي قيمة تقارب 584 مليون جنيه. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية، أن القرار جاء عقب اعتماد المجلس تقرير التقييم المحدث لأسهم شركة صناعات مواد البناء المقدم من “موورز رولاند للاستشارات المالية” المستشار المالي المستقل. وأشار المجلس إلى أن القيمة العادلة للسهم بلغت 1.25 جنيه، مقارنة بقيمة دفترية سالبة قدرها 1.26 جنيه للسهم. وبناءً على هذا التقييم، قدرت القيمة العادلة لحصة جنوب الوادي للأسمنت في الشركة بنحو 366 مليون جنيه حتى 30 يونيو 2025. كما اعتمد المجلس تقرير مراقب الحسابات، مكتب مصطفى شوقي، بشأن الدراسة المالية، وأكدت الشركة التزامها بإرسال ملخص الدراسة مرفقًا بتقرير مراقب الحسابات إلى البورصة المصرية عقب انتهاء المفاوضات وقبل تنفيذ الصفقة، متضمنًا سعر التنفيذ وأية تفاصيل جوهرية أخرى، وذلك وفقًا لقواعد القيد والشطب وقانون سوق المال ولائحته التنفيذية.'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' beats out 'Avengers: Endgame' for highest domestic opening ever
