«جهاز مستقبل مصر» يستحوذ على 8.775% من أسهم «إيكمي»

استحوذ جهاز مستقبل مصر للتنمية المستدامة على 8.775% من أسهم شركة الدولية للصناعات الطبية – إيكمي. وقالت الشركة في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية إن الجهاز قام بشراء 5.060 مليون سهم بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 22.773 مليون جنيه. سعر شراء السهم بلغ متوسط سعر الشراء 4.5 جنيه للسهم، فيما تولت شركة عربية أون لاين للوساطة في الأوراق المالية تنفيذ الصفقة. هيكل الملكية يستحوذ محمود محمد شعبان سليم، عضو مجلس الإدارة، على الحصة الأكبر في هيكل ملكية الشركة بنسبة 14.99%، ويليه أيمن بن مختار خليفة بنسبة 13.552%، ثم سعيد بن عوضه العسيري بنسبة 12.278%. كما يمتلك علاء الشافعي ومجموعته المرتبطة 11.808%، فيما تصل حصة صالح بن علي الصقري إلى 6.019%.
