«جو جرين» توقع عقدين إصدار شهادات خفض للانبعاثات الكربونية
أعلنت شركة جو جرين للاستثمار والتنمية الزراعية، أنها وقعت عقدي تقديم خدمات استشارية بهدف إصدار شهادات خفض الانبعاثات الكربونية، وذلك تنفيذًا للقرار الثاني الصادر عن مجلس إدارتها في اجتماعه المنعقد بتاريخ 21 أكتوبر 2025. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان إلحاقي مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أنه تم توقيع العقدين مع: شركة “إمباور كابيتال” كمطور للمشروع، وشركة “إنتجراتو لاستشارات الاستدامة المتكاملة” كاستشاري لتطوير المشروع. ويهدف التعاون إلى تطوير مشروع لخفض الانبعاثات الكربونية وفقًا للمنهجيات المعتمدة في سجلات الكربون الطوعية العالمية، وتحديدًا Vera و Gold Standard، بما يضمن تحقيق أعلى معايير الجودة والمصداقية في توثيق وتداول شهادات خفض الانبعاثات. وأكدت الشركة التزامها بالإفصاح المستمر عن أي تطورات جوهرية تتعلق بالمشروع، تنفيذًا لأحكام قواعد القيد ومتطلبات الإفصاح الصادرة عن الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية والبورصة المصرية.Ex-Div Reminder for Union Bankshares (UNB)
