«جو جرين» توقع عقد تصدير منتجات زراعية بـ9 مليون دولار مع «كارجيل» العالمية
أعلنت شركة جو جرين للاستثمار الزراعي والتنمية، عن توقيع عقد إطاري لتصدير وتوريد منتجات زراعية مع شركة Cargill Incorporated، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في تجارة وتصنيع السلع الزراعية. وحسب بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، ينص العقد على توريد بذور ونبات الجوجوبا وفقًا لمواصفات فنية ومعايير جودة واستدامة عالمية، على أن يتم تنفيذ التوريدات على دفعات دورية خلال فترة العقد الممتدة من 1 يونيو 2026 وحتى 31 مايو 2030. وتقدر القيمة الإجمالية للعقد بحوالي 9 ملايين دولار على مدار الأربع سنوات. وأوضحت الشركة أن هذا العقد من المتوقع أن ينعكس إيجابيًا على حجم أعمالها وإيرادات نشاطها الزراعي من خلال التصدير، كما سيؤثر على القوائم المالية بدءًا من تاريخ تنفيذ التعاقد، مع الالتزام بكافة المتطلبات التنظيمية والبيئية ذات الصلة، دون المساس بمصالح الشركة أو مركزها التنافسي. وأكدت جو جرين أن الإفصاح عن العقد يأتي التزامًا بقواعد الإفصاح في البورصة المصرية، مع مراعاة سرية التفاصيل والشروط التجارية للعقد.OpenAI's latest AI revelation is a 'serious situation,' Microsoft's Suleyman tells CNBC
